But why should you care if there is a big demand for people in Computer Science? Well, there is a demand but the most interesting and competitive jobs go out first. So if you aren’t smart on your toes, you might not land those exciting jobs with high profile companies such as Microsoft, Apple, Google, or Facebook you might be looking for.
To help you out, I’ll be asking the professional development officer at my former school what made students in Computer Science stand out when applying for top positions. That way, you can become an even better candidate for when you start job hunting.
