Wonder what’s going to make the PS3 even better? Wasting your life in virtual reality world. Home! Planning to launch by the end of this year. Does it look enticing? Take a look for yourself. Seeing how this is going to be free, and free being awesome, this looks like something I’ll be checking out.

Apparently Home will allow you to have your own private space and even buy premium items to accommodate your home. Several games will have their own areas with additional content. The amount of features are astonishing…

So what do you think? Is living in a virtual reality world something you are looking forward to? Don’t worry, if you do, we might make a Talk Binary area and have some meetings with fellow visitors. :)

Also, what do you think of virtual reality worlds? Do you think they are great way to meet boring fun new people? Is this the future of MySpace, Facebook? Should we even bother? Is Sony wasting their money? Are you going to try this out? Do you want to try this out? Will this make you steal buy a PS3? You tell me.

Want access to Hulu, CBS, ESPN, YouTube, and Netflix on your console? PlayOn! provides the solution for Playstation 3, X-Box 360, and soon the Wii. Netflix support is coming soon…

PlayOn!

Simply sign up for the beta, it is open to everyone. I received an invitation within two days. I then installed the software, ran it on my pc, and seconds after I had PlayOn! capabilities on my XMB within my PS3.

Videos take about 10 seconds to load but after that, I had video up and running. Quality is same found on the websites so don’t expect HD quality. You get what you paid for! I mean, you did pay a lot for it…(it’s free).

With Netflix support coming soon, this application looks very promising. So what are you waiting for?

My PS3 Collection of Games and Reviews

August 5th, 2008 | 3 Comments | Posted in Blog, PS3 by Diego | - [Full Entry]

This is my PS3 collection. How did I buy so many games? Let’s say I only purchased 2 of them. Another one was simply $5. Now after having my PS3 do I truly love it? Not completely but am satisfied. Below is a short review of each of the games I’ve bought and played.

Def Jam Icon Review 0/10

What!? I expected this to be up to par with Def Jam Icon Fight for NY on the PS2. This is a new title of its own. The formula was changed completely, and no more 4 player brawls. This is simply 1 on 1. The graphics are decent but the game play is horrible. Do not buy this game! Even if it is $5.

Metal Gear Solid Review 10/10

Great story, great cinematics, great game play. Online Multiplayer is simply considered an add-on bonus content. A definitely must buy! No doubt about it.

Call of Duty 4 Review 9.1/10

This isn’t simply the Game of The Year…this is what every FPS should feel like. Addicting, making have an ache in your stomach when you are away from the game for five minutes. The single player campaign is short but amazing! The online multiplayer is addicting with the ranking system as well. With the big variety of game modes, this sure is something I won’t put down for a long time…
